Have you seen these beautiful townhomes located on Allen Ave. in Pasadena 91106? A few days ago I went in to get a preview of these units and I was surprised and how well constructed they were, as well as the great layout. These townhouses were definitely better than the new Catalina Villas. Although I am biased when it comes to Mediterranean style construction!

One of the problems with a new development like Siena Village is the timing. Although the market can never be predicted, this is a bad time for new condos to be put on the market with the decline in value over the past year.
